Our Story
In 2016, Sally founded Yellow Consulting with a clear mission: to deliver insightful, strategic advice to organisations navigating complex challenges. On her very first engagement, something unexpected happened. Midway through the project, the CEO turned to Sally and asked—not for more strategic plans—but for her to professionally coach them through the leadership challenges they were facing.
That moment was a turning point.
What began as a strategic consulting firm evolved into something more human, more impactful, and more needed than ever.
