Our Story
In 2016, Sally founded Yellow Consulting with a clear mission: to deliver insightful, strategic advice to organisations navigating complex challenges. On her very first engagement, something unexpected happened. Midway through the project, the CEO turned to Sally and asked—not for more strategic plans—but for her to professionally coach them through the leadership challenges they were facing.
That moment was a turning point.
What began as a strategic consulting firm evolved into something more human, more impactful, and more needed than ever. It became clear that while organisations need strong strategies, they also need aligned cultures to bring those strategies to life. What they often need most are strong, supported leaders who can bridge the two.
From that insight, Sage was born.
Today, Sage exists to support executives and boards through an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. As demands on leaders grow—from navigating AI disruption to managing large-scale workplace transformation—Sage is here to equip them not just to cope, but to lead with clarity, purpose, and resilience.
We know leadership is evolving—and we’re here to help leaders evolve with it.
